Giraffe is a chain restaurant that has become increasingly popular in London in the last few years. They offer a laid back and modern setting in which to enjoy affordable and healthy food from around the world. You will be able to find something on the menu to suit all tastes - everything from burgers to stir fries to tacos. The Southbank branch of Giraffe is the biggest of all of their restaurants. It sits directly on the Thames, offering captivating views of the river and the surrounding area (an outdoor terrace adds to the appeal in the summer months). The restaurant is a particularly good place to head to with the whole family - they are child friendly, offering special kids' menus, meal deals and suitable seating.
Giraffe restaurant is part of a whole host of restaurants that sit around the Southbank Centre. If you head to this part of town, you will probably have plans to head to one of the attractions in the area like the London Eye, the aquarium or the Tate Modern.
