Canteen is a small British restaurant chain that has become a true London favourite in the last few years. The ethos of the restaurant is to serve classic British foods throughout the day. On the menu you will find daily changing pies, full English breakfasts, roast dinners and sausage rolls. This traditional fayre is served in a modern setting, with large glass windows, stainless steel seating and stark lighting. A large outdoor terrace area makes the restaurant a suitable place to head to for a spot of al fresco dining. The restaurant is located in the Royal Festival Hall building - one of the important buildings along the Southbank. Canteen's location makes it a good place to head to if you are planning on a day or evening out on the Southbank.
